Very good family orientated hotel

This is great place to stay. My family and I stayed in this place at least dozen times, every time we are there it is a great. Staff is very good Tony and Paula are very friendly and always make sure your needs are met. Thanks guys

Nothing spectacular, it was exactly what we needed for the night. The staff was very courteous. I'm sure we will stay here again the next time we are in town!

no hot water

We had no hot water in our fourth floor room. We complained three times to the front desk to no avail. The third time we were told that hotel maintenance would come to check, No one appeared. On check out we again complained about no hot water in the shower. The check out (Sameer) clerk said we would get a discount on our next stay. So we called two weeks later to get the discounted rate.
