Only con was that the pool area floor is tile and VERY slippery for kids and adults. We had our 2 year old wear rubber bottomed shoes after she slipped and fell twice (luckily not on her head).

Check in was fine and attendant was polite. When we got in to our room it was neat that our window over looked the pool area my son loved it! Unfortunately the cool view is what ruined our 2 night stay. The glass on the window is so thin. We could hear people yelling and screaming and even talking. The pool is open from 6am to 11pm.
