I stayed here for a few days at a time over the course of 13 weeks for work. The staff were always very pleasant on check-in and after a couple of weeks they new me by name when I came to check-in.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a family gathering. This is probably the 3rd time we've stayed in the past 10 years or so. Hotel is the textbook definition for 4 stars. Whenever we're working in the Fox Valley area we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Breakfast is standard Comfort Suites fare with a nice large area to eat in. The evening cocktails from 5:00 to 7:00 are a welcome perk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in on Jan 1st. I had called the hotel before booking to make sure everything was open due to the holiday & was told yes. When I went to book the room, they transferred me to their 800#.
