I was very disappointed with Jaun with installing my new A/C. they were here for an hour. then Had to leave for a part that was not on the truck. That was an hour ago and they have not returned yet.. So i hope when they do return. They will finish fast..

Rich was on time and very professional. He put on booties before entering our home and laid out a cloth on the floor for parts after he quickly located the problem. Since he had called me prior and we suspected the problem, he had that particular part with him. He got the issue with our gas fireplace fixed quickly. I would recommend him and comfort solutions.
