Dear Customer,
We apologize for your experience in our store, however we tried our best to resolve this problem in your favor . The store policy states that we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days for UNWORN SHOES. The shoes that you brought back the next day were with stains in front, also with visible wear on the heels. These shoes were in USED condition, which we cannot accept back. We did show you a new pair of shoes, so that you can see how yours were worn compare to a new pair. Sorry to hear about your issue Futprogrl many stores only give store credit i think you over reacted.

My Grand mother only uses Comfort Shoes when she wants to buy shoes, every birthday i take her there to get a new pair. I have never had any issues with the store or anyone working in there.

This store doesn't even deserve ONE star! I was extremely disappointed with the store management. I walked in to purchase a comfortable pair of sandals for school. I teach preschool, so I definitely need a good shoe. After trying on a few pairs, the only one that I liked and seemed to fit was a Dr.Scholl sandal with a slingback. I had asked for a size 5 but they only had a 5.5. The clerk advised me to wear them at home and return them if I wasn't satisfied in upto 7 days.
