Enjoyed stay in Charlottesville at LQ. Kika was very friendly and helpful even though we did not have a reservation. While the property was difficult to access, it was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping.
Me and my Father stayed at La Quinta during my grandfathers surgery at UVA. Kika was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome and was always willing to help. We would like to personally recognize her for her outstanding service and we would stay at La Quinta again based off her service.
They are remodeling the hotel and although our room was clean (great housekeeping staff), well appointed (new beds/bedding and non-allergenic pillows which are hard to find in some hotels) the hotel is still being worked on constantly. The day we arrived they were installing tvs in the breakfast room. We came back midday to find them working on individual rooms...
