Settled into our room and noticed the bathroom sink was not cleaned. I cleaned the sink and then later noticed there was feces on the outside of the toilet. I called down to the desk and there was no apology. She said she would come up and give us a room key to the room next to the one we were in. We packed everything back up and moved next door. Very nice one-night stay on our way home from a road trip vacation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice fitness room which we utilized. The room was quite comfortable, but we found it a bit strange that there were no towel racks either near the sink or shower. Where to hang your towel? First I would like to start out with the positives. The building did seem to be newer and it was clean when we checked in. The pool and hot tub were clean. The continental breakfast is edible but incredibly crowded after 8am. Luckily there is an Elmer's directly across the street if you decide not to fight the crowds. Now for the negatives. Cable was out for entire stay, staff did not share information at check-in
Coffee machine not working in breakfast area. Rather than bringing down individual coffee makers from vacant rooms guests were rudely told "there's coffee" in your room. Overall lack of good customer service. Manager rude when I discussed concerns when checking out.
