Wireless doesn't work well, peeling paint in windowsill and other spots. Room too dark, small and depressing. Too much furniture in it. Shower water was cold until staff knocked shower handle around. Electrical wiring didn't look up to code. Bulb out on one light. Dust hanging from lampshades. Could not open bathroom window. We had just come from the Comfort Inn in Anaheim and it was far...
Room was ok, house keeping was mediocre our room did not get cleaned for three days. The noise was unbearable. Lots of kids and young adults running in and out of rooms slamming the doors. Complained to management but nothing was really done about it. If you want a kid friendly hotel where they can run a muck this would be it. If you want a quite place to rest at night find somewhere else....
Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the trip .Pool area was very nice. Adequate parking on premises. Property was neat and clean in all areas. Coffee pot in room for coffee. Refrigerator in room. Nice big shower.
The front desk personal were great, we had to check in late, they didn't seem to mind at all. They even took the time to give us directions for our family adventure in the AM. The bed's were better than I expected.
Close to Hollywood walk of fame. Convenient to all the attractions.
