Everything was fine. Then I checked my credit card transactions like I always do after traveling. I noticed a additional $10.00 charge not noted on my Hotel receipt from the hotel even after I had already Booked and paid several weeks in advance. I called the Hotel and was told the $10.00 charge was INCASE??? I had rented a movie or something. Well I never rent Movies when traveling. And...

Room was cleaned at check-in, but the second day the housekeeping staff failed to clean the room. The housekeeping staff failed to clean the coffee pot before releasing the room for my use. The housekeeping staff failed to provide clean towels, empty trash, make beds or provide the basic service expected in a hotel. Extremely disappointing. There should be a law against such poor service...
