I travel to Ft Wayne several times a year for business. A fellow employee recommended the Baymont, and I was dubious. I'd never heard of it, plus it seemed too inexpensive to be nice. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, very comfortable. Certainly not fancy, but I've stayed there three times now and had good experiences all three times.
My wife and I come to Fort Wayne probably three, four, or even five times every year so that we can use the Allen County Public Library's wonderful genealogical holdings, among the best in the world. I ended up here because the Marriott was sold out. King size bed, on freeway side but surprisingly no freeway noise. Room was clean and adequate and had it not been for the AAA rate I would say way over priced. Its a glorified (maybe) Red Roof Inn.
