Business did not deliver on what it said it would. We got a bid on heating our "whole" house. Unfortunately, the two ductless systems they installed only heats half the house. They tried rectifying this by cutting two large holes into our walls and installing a fan in the ceiling in hopes it would circulate the air distribution better. Unfortunately, this hasn't worked and is a very sloppy fix....

First time I used them they were 3 hours late with no phone call explaining how or why, charged me $150.00 to replace a fuse. Wasn't going to use them again but forgot initially about the overcharge the first time, second time they were late again, did a short five minute check without any real diagnostics, ordered part that was available locally and then didn't hear from them for 3 days, so...
