The issue, as I see it is three fold, customer service, reliability and value. I have fought with Comcast for these three things for the last ten years. Their agents are rude and not knowledgeable or outright dishonest about their product offerings. Comcast is the worst cable service in the history of man. I hate them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
So I called them weeks ago saying that my cable doesn't work, on demand doesn't work, I can't get most the channels and what I can get is digitized. So a technician, and I use that term loosely, said that it needed an outside amplifier. Did he put in a ticket for it NO.
