I am sick and tired of receiving 30 advertisements for each room of a sorority house. I have asked to be removed from the mailing (GO GREEN), I have returned them to sender, I have written to request removal by each room number, etc, etc, etc. The next thing would be to cancel service to all the rooms. These ads come at least once a week. Do the numbers 30 X 52? Why waste your time and mine by...

I have not even started with the company and they already failed. Yesterday I was to transfer my home phone to Comcast. They did transfer the number to Comcast but did not connect it to Comcast, so I do not have a home phone. The installer did come out to install my TV, internet and phone on time, however he had to leave on an emergency to help another tech. No one call and no one came. 3 Hours...

I have attempted 3 times to have the cable that is rubbing on my garage roof lifted and repaired. Comcast STILL has not moved it. The wires inside are now exposed but it doesn't appear they even care! Boy they want their money but they won't do a thing for their customers!
