The single worst customer service on the fucking planet !!! The sales people are lying assholes. Furthermore, the only reason they can get away with charging insane amounts for shitty service is because they have a monopoly on it. They know most people who live in apartments can't get satellite. I've been with these assholes for 4 years and they're charging me 3 tines for a shitty priduct than...

This has been the worst service I have ever received. Our service barely works and trying to talk to a supervisor is impossible. I was already hung up on. Don't believe any of their crap. They basically lie and steal your money.
