I hope they are giving credits on our bills. I have not had one day or evening without unintrrupted service for 2 weeks. Ref code s0a00. It stinks. Not so sure its worth it any more. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Reception for NBA finals is rediculous. Service cuts out 2 times a minute. Called to Co plain last 3 games and they said it was ABC feed and not their problem. I disagree...send Comcast almost $200 a month for good reception...I would say that makes it their problem.

Sorry have to put this out there, but every time a call I never get to a person, I'm hung up on. I'm being overcharged since November. I asked for HBO not to be included but it has been and I would like credit for the months I've paid for it. Please someone call me!!
