Service was just OK in San Jose but AWFUL here. Don't get involved with them.

Wish I could give them less than 1 star! This is the 3rd time in a row that they have failed to send me a bill! I absolutely hate the service it is the only one I can get in the apartment I am in and it has gone down every finals week for the last 3 semesters for several days.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
