Absolutely terrible service lately. Call their number, go through the questions, etc., then the voice says they're connecting you and you are disconnected. Did that twice and last time when they asked if I wanted to talk about the service after the call to tell the. I chose that option as now I really had something to complain about. Customer service lady is unhelpful and rude. Doesnt look you in the eye when talking to you. They failed at explaining my internet subscription fee. And then the customer support lady asked me to call the sales people to get more clarification. Unprofessional.
