COMCAST DID IT! I went in to the local office Monday to drop 2 set-top boxes off. While I was there I inquired about a channel I thought was included in the package I had. Turned out I needed to upgrade my package which would take me from $39.95 to $54.95/mo. The lady couldn't stop telling me how I'd be saving $5/mo. All I wanted is the store hours for the Comcast store at 720 Taylor St. Ft Wayne IN, NO where on their site could I find any information, NOR could I get through their automated switch board to ask anyone. FAILED to provide ANY service, Good Luck with these jerks, THEY DON'T CARE about service, just income.

Can I give them a negative? Not worth a single star except I got what I came for... nearly 2 hrs after waiting!!!! Only place in town, Comcast Customer Svc is a horrible Joke!!! Lets hope The Frontier buy out brings new hope... don't hold your breath.
