Comcast is the worst cable/internet company in the entire universe. Very bad customer service, rude representatives, lies and inconsistency. It is exactly as they think you are begging from them! Come on now we freaking pay you dollars! To be fair, their internet and tv service is good; the only thing thats awfully bad is their customer service.

Just don't go here. 24 people in line ahead of me. Should have brought a lunch. I'm here to exchange defective cable dvr. Had to drive 15 miles to nearest service center from Downers Grove. Lisle and Auriora locations closed to better serve Comcast customers. LOL
