Comcast cable has been most un-cooporative since one of their field serviced techs caused damage in my house. They made a field inspection, but basically that's is as far as it has gone.i have repeatedly called and left messages. No action or calls returned to me.
More competition is needed.they must believe they are to big an enterprise, and can't be bothered by the typical home owner problems.
This being december '08, one might think twice about this philosophy. They could be on a path with the banking and auto industries(with more to follow).

Worst company imaginable, especially since we switched from analog to digital

We are very unhappy with all services provided by Comcast for cable tv, especially since we switched from analog to digital boxes. We have had repair people come out several times (and they are always late). All equipment provided is recycled and defective. Service has been constanly interrupted by the poor quality of their signal, etc.
