As usual my comcast bill changes every month even though I have a 12 month fixed rate deal. Customer service tells me I have the best rate available so there is nothing they can do, it doesnt matter what I was told 6 months ago. She says there's no way I will switch because they have the best internet available, she hasnt used it at my house, LOL. Time to switch again. Worst customer service on...

This is the worst company...I was with them for many years and I left because I was unhappy with the service. I signed back up a year ago and I've been having problems every since.
