No star should be an option. Comcast is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and are very much over priced. I pay nearly $200/month for service that hardly ever works properly and that has no customer service support
Have called three days in a row. Made appointments they did not keep and no service man came. You do not speak to a person here it is the Phillipines or Mexico. Worst service I have ever had. All I can say is good luck you get no service at all. .
Nice when it works. If it breaks.. look out. Call for service and the phones that get you guy in the Phillipeans They will not send out service people on the weekend or holidays. Service calls to the house take more than a week. They will be happy to give you a pro-rated refund on lost services, but under no circumstance will they give you timely service. Major frustration! The local number gets rerouted to the comcast number. When you finally reach a real person they give you the 800 number for the local business office. I specically asked if the 800 number was 800-comcast and she told me it was not. When I hung up and looked att he numbers/letters on the phone, it most certainly was. Find another company!
Major and frustrating issues related to scheduling installation. There appears to be a disconnect (no pun intended) between where the 800-number is located and the local office. Took three tries to get matter resolved, plus the amount of time required to get access to a live person is excessive.
