Had a Speedaire unit that was almost brand new and covered under warranty, but needed some minor repair done on the pressure switch. Called the manufacturer and was told to call Combee Electrics for the repairs. Combee Electrics then directed me to call another number and arrange for a rep to come do the repairs. What they didn't tell me was that I would not be able to get the repair covered under the warranty by referring me to someone else. Was charged $300 for a minor repair, and told to go to the manufacturer for reimbursement. Of course, they couldn't reimburse us as the technician was...

I was looking all over for a part, and only combee electric had it. The owner is very nice and friendly!
