No hot water to wash out color & shampoo. This was the third time this happen to me. To make it worse the owner lied $ said it had something to do with Hurricane Sandy. Hate to tell you it happen to me in the summer way before Sandy. In addition he was annoyed clients were complaining. He raised the club price and just packs people in. Starting to use cheaper products. Nice concept but...

My appointment was later in the day ( and I understand you were busy) but this is the second or third time my hair was washed with extremely cold water. The poor girl washing my hair apologized a thousand times. Since this happens so regularly, I don't feel like the girls should be put in the position to have to deal with this anymore. Something needs to be done about your water tank. ...
