Greatly locally owed company, truly know what customer service is, which is rare. On a day they happen to not technically be open where more than helpful on the phone, and even had us come in to explain options to us. Bonus is that compared to the big boys around (Pioneer) prices are better, and delivery …

Extremely poor customer service. On two separate occasions I waited over 25 minute for someone to load up a 1/2 ton of granite gravel. Wasn't busy either time but they are the only game in town so they don't care. It appears if you have a small order they would rather you go somewhere else. I will get all future materials from Pioneer Sand and Gravel even though they are 15 miles out of town.
