I arrived at 10 for a color with highlights and cut. I had a picture for the stylist and we talked for a while as to what I wanted. I thought she completely understood what I wanted. I was completely wrong. Left at 2:30 very unhappy with the color and they knew it. My hair has a green tint. They were so kind to give me a $25.00 gift card to return! Really? I thought with the name "Color Room"...
