Disgusting

I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down yet. The apartments are dirty with old appliances, heaters that don't work, and single-pane windows with no screens. The outside is even worse with garbage everywhere. The laundry rooms are the dirtiest I've ever seen. The pool is rarely open and never clean. The woman in charge of cleaning and maintenance, Maria, is a drug addict and has stolen from several tenants when she was supposed to be making repairs. The owner rarely shows up in his $70,000 car, and when he does, he doesn't want to hear from the tenants. The manager, Don, doesn't care about his tenants. He's actually just a tenant that took the job so he could get free rent. I can't imagine a worse place to live. I do not recommend living here. It used to be nice, but since Don's been the manager, he's really let it go.

The fact there's a pool,.covered parking and on-site laundry is awesome. I live here with my girlfriend and we've had nothing but positive experiences. It's.pet friendly and has a soda vending...
