After a few bids for the job I found that I needed to understand my project a bit better. I found that some of the bidders for the job would offer warranty on just parts no labor; others no warranty at all. They did an excellent job. Not only did he come out and put in the irrigation system he even moved the backflow preventer. I didn't even know it was in the wrong place. He even only charged me an extra $100 to do the work. Absolutely wonderful.

Juan was very professional, and prompt. He re-vamped our 15 year old irrigation system at a very fair price and carefully checked all his work upon completion. We have already referred him to a family member.
