I have been living here for over a year and absolutely LOVE it! This is a quiet neighborhood and everyone I've encountered here from staff to residents has been pleasant. Also, no breed restrictions. Only complaint is that it's pricey but well worth it!

I've lived at this complex for about a month and it has been one of the best apartments I've lived in. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, there are pools and a pretty nice workout room on the property. Everyone is very nice, it's not far from NC State's campus, and it is a pet-friendly community with decent rent prices.

The apartment is very nice, and the prices are decent. The complex is fairly quiet, safe, and extremely dog friendly. It's a great place for college students and recent grads.

Good location, okay management

Main Pros:
Location. Close to downtown Raleigh, but also near Cary. Very near to several large employers such as Wells Fargo. Good for young professionals.
Community. Two pools, two clubhouses, social events, great area with tons of trees for shade.

Main Cons:
Confusing bill. Took awhile to get a straight answer on how much the full monthly bill would be, since they tack on a lot of extra...

The community at Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons is a wonderful place to live. It is in a perfect location, on the board of Cary and minutes for downtown Raleigh.
