Don't ever sign a lease with Colonial Grand Apartments because if something happens to your property while living here don't expect them to feel sympathy for you. My boyfriends car was broken into twice on their property, and my car had its tires flattened and flour thrown everywhere. I asked the property will they ever get security or cameras, they replied never and that's when I noticed they did not care anything about the people who live here

Autumn Park is a nice place to live. They offer a heated pool, a billard's room, a basketball court, a dog run, a playground for children, an indoor movie theater, even a clubhouse for rent!
