If you are currently looking for an apartment in the area do yourself a favor and skip this one. I would not reccomend it to my worst enemy. It's disgustingly dirty, nothing was painted when I moved in like they said it would be. I scrubbed the appliances and vacuumed old food under the fridge and stove, grease an grime was on the light fixtures. My chandelier is filled with dead bugs since...

Very disappointed. 1200 a month and they said all snow removal is included. I shoveled for 14 hours and i didn't see one employee, subcontractor, snow blower, or even salt,, nothing from them. They ran a plow down our road one time plowing in all the cars. And that's it. This is just one complaint, the site won't allow enough room to write what I really want to say. Nice apartment and area

We move here a few months ago and love it. Quiet area. Apartments are well kept and we love having a washer and dryer. Neighbors are extremely nice. Great location. Perfect if you have kids since it is right by the highschool. With being in emmaus it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly. One of our only complaints would be we were told the pool was included but...
