We spent nearly 40k on a new Mason & Hamlin piano. The finish quickly turned a cloudy white from what the manufacturer admitted was moisture in the finishing process. Do NOT buy from Peter Collora if you expect a quality product and good customer service. We spent nearly 40k on a new Mason & Hamlin piano that quickly turned a cloudy white. The manufacturer admitted moisture had contaminated the finishing process. After waiting one year for a replacement that was refused due to damage, they had offered to refinish my piano. Sadly they now don't respond...
