This shop misdiagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Then told me it was my fault I hadn't accurately described what the vehicle was doing (Which was not true). The vehicle is a 2005 Nissan, Altima would not start after we ate at a fast food place in Ooltewah,TN. After that they had my car for 3 days. Then they called and said we've fould the could the problem. They said $550.00 would fix...

I just had a left front wheel bearing and a left front wheel bearing grease seal replaced on my 1998 Ford Escort ZX2 at the Collegedale Central Exxon. The cost of replacement was $293.04. I believe this is an excessive amount for this repair, and will never use the services of this company again.
