I love living here!I'm right next to school,walmart,church and everything else! The new management here is amazing and the prices are great!They have great activities planned for the summer ( Parking lot dance parties,Pool activities,BBQs..etc!!).They are the home for orems only college party company (parkwayparties) and as the owner of this company,I cannot wait to see how much were gonna have...

Absolutely terrible place to live. Advantageously close to UVU, but surrounded by construction and the stank of sewer. Rude management, hostile community, extortionary parking policies, mediocre apartments (at best), shoddy internet, terrible maintenance, and more. I've lived at 8 different student housing locales in my life. This is the worst, by far.
