I love my apartment a few bumps in the road along the way but still a great place to stay. The community is great. The amenities are great. In all a great place to stay.

Good for the college rentals but not great for longtime rent

Older buildings with some maintenance issues. Had heat go out for 3 days in coldest time of winter with no compensation from owners. Not great on snow removal. In Spring & Summer you have a good location of next to college so you have open space. Cute town with parades & events. Very good police and fire department nearby.

I have been living here for nine years and used to love it. Now it's horrible!! The "playground " consists of a couple swings and a slide that's over twenty years old that they spray paint over the rust. The pool is never clean and the lifeguards don't do anything. Everything breaks and nothing gets fixed the right way. Complaints are never dealt with and the neighbors are noisy. It's...

Beware of the mangement, it doesn't matter how nice the place looks, management team are a bunch of liars! They will quote you one price for an apartment, take your money for the deposit and then provide you a lease with a different rental amount after they cashed your deposit! They will ask you to …
