Colleen sold my short sale house. She was so persistent and knew how to work with the banks. It is a long process but she hung in there with me. She was such a blessing to me. It never would have happened without her, no one else would have stuck it out. She is a great realtor and a great person. I highly recommend Colleen.

I have purchased 3 homes with Colleen, and each time has been great. She bargains for the buyer like she's buying the home herself. She researched the comparables in our area and helped up get our home at a payment we could afford.
