Help us make it rightWhen ordering 3 dickies, one arrived that was so small it would not fit over my 5 year old granddaughter's head. I e-mailed the company, the following message:
""I have received the three dickies I ordered, but one of them - the red one - has a neck so small, it would not go over the head of an infant. Would you please send me a replacement - do you wish me to return the faulty one?""
Their reply was:
""You ordered a large black, large white, and regular burgundy. Do you want a large burgundy now? Just because you ordered two different sizes does not mean it is defective.""
