The process to make an appointment took 9 months. I started in May, did not hear from anyone.

I called and sent other messages, finally heard back that there was a server problem. As a computer user I understand these situations and know they are frustrateing. As a client I don't care. It becomes an inconvenience and an excuse to go somewhere else.

Dr. Robinson was wonderfully patient and attentive to my 10-year-old daughter. He provided clear explanations to both of us, and appeared genuinely committed to identifying the difficulty for my daughter and finding a way to improve her vision and all that it is affecting.

my office visit with dr.robinson was very good,he took the time to address my needs and concerns,i would recommend him in the future to anyone needing his services..i thank him for helping me thru my recovery...
