First and Last time going through a Property Management Co.

Literally pursued the CBE employee. Viewed property with no power. Was told it had a termite "bond". (it did not) Learned a great Magic Trick from the prop. mngr, ask him to fulfill his promises and he disappears. Had to repair (rebuild) 2nd shower out of our pocket b4 we could move in & it went downhill from there. Termites - drywood and plentiful, more critters living up in the attic than...
