I called 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend just to ask if an item was in stock. Jan, the manager stayed with me until 25 minutes after closing to search every possibility of seeing I recieved the items I wanted and I will be receiving the items for my wife in time to make a very important event. KUDOS TO JAN!!
