"Let Colder's surprise you." Not surprised again! It's crap service! At crappy prices! They tell you, sure that can be wrapped, sure we can do that. Then you get to the dock and nope. WTF...

This is our experience with Colder's in Delafield. We had a 2 yr. old saggy Serta mattress we had bought from them. They sent out a ""technician"" to see if it would qualify for the warranty coverage. He measured the sags and looked it over carefully with a black light to detect any stains. (Cost to us: $25.) We then received a call telling us it would be fully covered with a replacement. We shopped for a new one that happened to be an ""even exchange"". ""Cold"" should definitely be part of their name.. We recently wanted to purchase furniture for our daughter from Colders. This was the first time in the Delafield location store. We called before going to the store and was quoted one price. When we get to the store to actually look at the items to purchase, we were quoted a different price.. about $400 difference. Leaving frustrated, I called to speak to the store manager and he quoted me $100 above the first quote and was cold as ice when I told him this was absurd! He gave me no reason as to why I received 3 different price quotes, he...
