The guy is a jerk

The manager of this store has no class. We went in looking for sweaters and he told us to go to CJ Banks as we were not the type of people that should shop in his store. He said" trendy, slim people are who their customers are." He implied that any person who is larger in frame should not waste their time in his store. I was wondering why?
