Do not live here! This place is infested!! Crawling with roaches! EVERYWHERE! We have been broken into two times and we have only lived here since March 10! Maintenance staff sucks! They won't give you the number under any circumstances to the apartment leasing office, just to the corporate office in Chicago!

I have lived at Cold Springs apartments for 5 years and was going to move due to the way thing are handled. But with the new management I have decided to resign my lease.
