Don't use for notary. When I went in I was told they charge $10 for notary service! I've never paid more than $3 for a notary in my life. She tried to justify the excessive charge by saying that state law sets the fee. She was partially right; state law says the *maximum* a notary can charge is $10 (WAC 308-30-020) but it does not set a minimum (RCW 42.44.120) The excessive charge was bad...

Do not use to mail items. I was double charged to mail a package, was told I would be refunded and instead was double charged again. Instead of spending $13 I was charged $52. Hoping they can refund my money properly!
