Stay far away from Coby Products. I bought 2 of the 19" LED DVD TV's the first about 1 1/2 years ago (that one still works) a second about 9 months ago ( that one went black). I don't know much about the quality of Coby's products. This is about its mythical customer service.
I was unable to get the DP-102 photo frame I bought to work with my iMac computer, even though the owners manual said it would.
I e-mailed the techsupport address for help with five questions. They replied with one question answered, and the answer was there is no way to edit the camera...
