It is a very good propery. They are really caring and understanding. They do more than just rent the apartment to you. The Manager and the assitant manager have been on the property for as long as I have been here and that is for 2 years. They actually bother to know your name.

Well i have been here for a month now, and it's ok, but the people are right about the trash, and the noise, the walls are very thin. BUt so far really no problems just not a lot of parking.

high priced shabby living. the walls are too thin and the area isnt safe. kids run around ringing doorbells and trying to get into your apartment, the cops are called out daily and music is never unheard. cant ever get a hold of the office and THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! they care more about the property than the tenants
