Cincinnati's grocery stores don't stock sashimi grade fish. Not Jungle Jim's, whole foods, fresh market, trader Joe's, Kroger, Cam... there are a few small Japanese groceries that sell it..but its all frozen hard and doesn't have that freshness to it.The owner at coastal seafoods is incredibly knowledgeable and …

Best fish hands down and I know I can trust them to choose and only sell above par. There have been occasions where I was refused fish because it wasn't good enough. It's priceless when you can find a place you trust. This is the only place I will go to for seafood from now on

Excellent fresh fish! Just bought two rainbow trout that he filleted for me. I got one last week and it was so good that I had to come back this week. If you really like seafood, you should come. The owner fillet his fish and he can tell you which one you can use for sashimi or sushi. Fish is very fresh. Believe me I am from Japan.
