They say you get what you pay for! This booking was a good deal but that was about the only thing good about it. The room was not very clean, nor was the tub which was full of sand. Not up to Carousel standards

We spent several nights in a suite at the Coastal Palms hotel. For what we paid, I wasn't expecting a five star experience, but I was at least counting on getting a full night's rest. Even that seemed to be an unreasonable expectation.
We've stayed at the Carousel, and one other Carousel Group property. The Coastal Palms fits in name...

We had a good time , the employee's were all friendly and helpful as much as they could be, we did stay there last year as well and enjoyed our stay than as well. Loved it seeing it was only one block from the beach. it was noisy outside but quiet when we were in the room,

Noisy street impedes sleep

The "suites" have a balcony that faces the street. The sliding glass door didn't shut well enough to block out noise. Or maybe it was the thinness of the glass. Clean quiet hotel

Stayed 4 nights.. Was very quiet and clean, staff was very friendly. Being right by the highway you don't hear much traffic unless it's a fire truck running sirens. Hotel has a restaurant attached to it (crab cake factory) would definitely stay there again.

Situated by the ocean, Coastal Palms Inn & Suites is a great choice for a stay in Ocean City. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at The Crabcake Factory, which serves seafood and is open for lunch and dinner.
