Recent high winds blew some shingles off my roof, and I wanted a dormer/turbine installed to release heat from the house/attic during the hot summer days. My 20 year old roof probably needs replacement but I opted for repairs for now. The owner was professional and prompt in returning my calls. The roofers were also professional and pleasant. Overall a good experience. However there were some challenges: weather- re-roofed in March, difficult contacting company at times during project, owner is a rather firm communicator on the phone but not a representation of his company/installers, due to a possible miscommunication the incorrect products showed up on installation day but the issue was quickly resolved, iInstallers were flexible...
