I heard before AmeriGas took them over they were ok.BUT now they never return calls propane is expensive I chose prepay and it took 2+ weeks for delivery.I have since switched companies, tried calling to request a pick up of their tank it's been a month & it's still sitting in my yard.

Since we live rurally, and we have a large tank, we only get deliveries about 3 times a year; maybe less. In December of 2012 I realized that we hadn't gotten a delivery since April and looked at our tank. It was at about 20%, so I called in to see when they would deliver.
